【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61508providesinformationon–theunderlyingconceptsofriskandtherelationshipofrisktosafetyintegrity(seeAnnexA);–anumberofmethodsthatwillenablethesafetyintegritylevelsfortheE/E/PEsafetyrelatedsystemstobedetermined(seeAnnexesC,D,E,FandG).Themethodselectedwilldependupontheapplicationsectorandthespecificcircumstancesunderconsideration.AnnexesC,D,E,FandGillustratequantitativeandqualitativeapproachesandhavebeensimplifiedinordertoillustratetheunderlyingprinciples.Theseannexeshavebeenincludedtoillustratethegeneralprinciplesofanumberofmethodsbutdonotprovideadefinitiveaccount.Thoseintendingtoapplythemethodsindicatedintheseannexesshouldconsultthesourcematerialreferenced.NOTEFormoreinformationontheapproachesillustratedinAnnexesB,andE,seereferences[5]and[8]intheBibliography.Seealsoreference[6]intheBibliographyforadescriptionofanadditionalapproach.1.2IEC61508-1,IEC61508-2,IEC61508-3andIEC61508-4arebasicsafetypublications,althoughthisstatusdoesnotapplyinthecontextoflowcomplexityE/E/PEsafety-relatedsystems(see3.4.3ofIEC61508-4).Asbasicsafetypublications,theyareintendedforusebytechnicalcommitteesinthepreparationofstandardsinaccordancewiththeprinciplescontainedinIECGuide104andISO/IECGuide51.IEC61508-1,IEC61508-2,IEC61508-3andIEC61508-4arealsointendedforuseasstand-alonepublications.ThehorizontalsafetyfunctionofthisinternationalstandarddoesnotapplytomedicalequipmentincompliancewiththeIEC60601series.
