【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationprovidesrequirementsforchlorinatedpoly(vinylchloride)(CPVC)solventcementstobeusedinjoiningchlorinatedpoly(vinylchloride)pipe,tubing,andsocket-typefittings.1.2CPVCsolventcementsareusedwithCPVC41chlorinatedpoly(vinylchloride)pipe,tubing,andfittings,whichmeetClass23447asdefinedinSpecificationD1784.1.3ArecommendedprocedureforjoiningCPVCpipeandfittingsisgiveninAppendixX1.1.4Thetextofthisspecificationreferencesnotes,footnotes,andappendixeswhichprovideexplanatorymaterial.Thesenotesandfootnotes(excludingthoseintablesandfigures)shallnotbeconsideredasrequirementsofthespecification.1.5Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.ThevaluesgiveninparenthesesaremathematicalconversionstoSIunitsthatareprovidedforinformationonlyandarenotconsideredstandard.1.6Thefollowingsafetyhazardscaveatpertainsonlytothetestmethodsportion,Section6,ofthisspecification:Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:Selectionofcorrosioninhibitorforoilfieldandrefineryapplicationsinvolvesqualificationofcorrosioninhibitorsinthelaboratory(seeGuideG170).Fieldconditionsshouldbesimulatedinthelaboratoryinafastandcost-effectivemanner(1).3Oilfieldcorrosioninhibitorsshouldprovideprotectionoverarangeofflowconditionsfromstagnanttothatfoundduringtypicalproductionconditions.Notallinhibitorsareequallyeffectiveoverthisrangeofconditionssoitisimportantforaproperevaluationofinhibitorstotesttheinhibitorsusingarangeofflowconditions.TheRCtestsystemisrelativelyinexpensiveandusessimpleflatspecimensthatallowreplicatestoberunwitheachsetup.(2-13).Inthispractice,ageneralprocedureispresentedtoobtainreproducibleresultsusingRCtosimulatetheeffectsofdifferenttypesofcouponmaterials,inhibitorconcentrations,oil,gasandbrinecompositions,temperature,pressure,andflow.Oilfieldfluidsmayoftencontainsand;however,thispracticedoesnotcovererosiveeffectsthatoccurwhensandispresent.1.1Thispracticecoversagenerallyacceptedproceduretousetherotatingcage(RC)forevaluatingcorrosioninhibitorsforoilfieldandrefineryapplications.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
