【摘要】:ThispartofISO5983specifiesamethodforthedeterminationofnitrogencontentofanimalfeedingstuffsaccordingtotheKjeldahlmethod,andamethodforthecalculationofthecrudeproteincontent.Itissuitableforuseasasemi-microrapidroutinemethodusingblockdigestion,coppercatalyst,andsteamdistillationintoboricacid.Themethodisapplicabletothedeterminationofgreaterthan0,5%massfractionKjeldahlnitrogeninanimalfeedingstuffs,petfoods,andtheirrawmaterials.Themethoddoesnotmeasureoxidizedformsofnitrogennorheterocyclicnitrogencompounds.Themethoddoesnotdistinguishbetweenproteinnitrogenandnon-proteinnitrogen.
