【摘要】:ThisSAERecommendedPracticedefinesrecommendedtestmethodsandgeneralperformancerequirementsofsingle-poleandmulti-poleconnectorsforon-boardelectricalwiringharnessesofelectricorhybridpoweredroadvehiclesoperatingatvoltagesbetween50and600VACorDCrmsandthosecircuitsusingcopperwireonly.Theserequirementsarenotintendedforconnectionsinternaltoelectrical/electronicmodulesorcompletesubassemblies.Thisdocumentappliestoconnectorsdesignedtobedisconnectedinthecaseofrepairand/ormaintenanceaftermountinginthevehicle.Thisdocumentexcludesone-partconnections,i.e.,whereonepartoftheconnectionhasdirectcontacttothepatternofthecircuitboard.Dutycyclesareconsideredtobeapplicationspecificandarenotspecifiedinthisdocument;however,theseeffectsmustbeconsideredduringdesign.TherecommendedpracticeforhighvoltagewiringassemblyiscontainedinSAEJ1673.TheRecommendedPracticeforlowvoltageconnectorperformanceiscontainedinSAEJ2223(Parts1,2,3,and4).
