【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestheprovisionofilluminationofescaperoutesandsafetysignsintheeventoffailureofthenormalsupply,andspecifiestheminimumprovisionofsuchemergencylightingbasedonthesize,typeandusageofthepremises.Thisstandardrelatestotheprovisionofelectricemergencyescapelightinginallworkplacesandpremisesopentothepublic.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotcoverprivatedomesticpremisesbutitsprovisionsareapplicabletocommonaccessrouteswithinmulti-storeydwellings.ThisEuropeanStandardisalsoapplicabletostandbylightingusedasemergencyescapelighting.Thereareemergingwayguidancetechniquesthat,whenappliedtoescaperoutesinadditiontoconventionalemergencylightingluminaires,canenhanceitseffectivenessinanemergency.
