【摘要】:ThispartofIEC62054specifiesparticularrequirementsforthetypetestofnewlymanufacturedindoorelectronicripplecontrolreceiversforthereceptionandinterpretationofpulsesofasingleaudiofrequencysuperimposedonthevoltageoftheelectricitydistributionnetworkandfortheexecutionofthecorrespondingswitchingoperations.Inthissystemthemainsfrequencyisgenerallyusedtosynchronizethetransmitterandreceivers.Neitherthecontrolfrequencynortheencodingarestandardizedinthisstandard.Thisstandardgivesnorequirementsforconstructionaldetailsinternaltothereceiver.Inthecasewhereripplecontrolfunctionalityisintegratedinmultifunctionelectricitymeteringequipment,therelevantpartsofthisstandardapply.Thisstandarddoesnotcovertheacceptancetestsandtheconformitytests.Nevertheless,anexampleofwhatcouldbeanacceptancetestisgiveninAnnexD.ThedependabilityaspectiscoveredbythedocumentsoftheIEC62059series.WhenusingthisstandardinconjunctionwithIEC62052-21,therequirementsofthisstandardtakeprecedenceoverthoseofIEC62052-21withregardtoanyitemalreadycoveredinit.

【摘要】:p>Solventsthathavebeendepletedinstabilizercontentcanbecomeacidic.Acidscancausecorrosiontoprocessandstorageequipmentusedforhalogenatedsolvents.Halogenatedorganicsolventsmaycontainaminetype(alkaline,aqueousextractable)acidacceptingadditives,neutraltype(typicallyepoxide)acidacceptingadditivesorboth.Thistestmethodcandeterminethecombinedacidacceptancefrombothtypesofstabilizers.Inaddition,iftheamineacidacceptanceisdeterminedbyaseparateprocedure(seeTestMethodsD2106),theamountofneutralacidacceptingstabilizersinasolventcanbecalculatedfromthedifferencebetweencombinedandamineacidacceptancevalues.Thistestmethodmaybeusedbyproducersanduserstoverifythataproductiscomplyingwithacidacceptanceproductspecificationsorbyuserstomonitortheacidacceptingabilityofasolventinuse.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofthetotalacidacceptanceincludingamineandneutraltype(alphaepoxide)stabilizersinhalogenatedorganicsolvents.1.2Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.SpecificprecautionarystatementsaregiveninSection7.
