【摘要】:ThispartofISO4427specifiesthecharacteristicsofthefitnessforpurposeofassembledpipingsystemsmadefrompolyethylene(PE)intendedfortheconveyanceofwaterforhumanconsumption,includingrawwaterpriortotreatmentandwaterforgeneralpurposes.Italsospecifiesthetestparametersforthetestmethodstowhichitrefers.InconjunctionwiththeotherpartsofISO4427,itisapplicabletoPEpipes,fittings,valves,theirjointsandtojointswithcomponentsofothermaterials,intendedtobeusedunderthefollowingconditions:a)amaximumoperatingpressure(MOP)uptoandincluding25bar1);b)anoperatingtemperatureof20°Casthereferencetemperature.NOTE1Forapplicationsoperatingatconstanttemperaturesgreaterthan20°Candupto40°C,seeISO4427-1:2007,AnnexA.NOTE2ISO4427coversarangeofmaximumoperatingpressuresandgivesrequirementsconcerningcoloursandadditives.Itistheresponsibilityofthepurchaserorspecifiertomaketheappropriateselectionsfromtheseaspects,takingintoaccounttheirparticularrequirementsandanyrelevantnationalguidanceorregulationsandinstallationpracticesorcodes.
